Communication is key to any part of business. I have been in the mortgage industry since 1985 and understand this better than most. While I have adapted to the technological advances our culture has come to know and love, I understand that technology can be overwhelming. Having one on one interviews and ink signing documents with a full explanation of the mortgage process is a method of communication I’m well-versed in. I have experience processing virtually every type of loan but the popular ones include: Conventional, FHA, MSHDA, RD, and Jumbo. The type of loan that a client applies for always depends on what is in their best interest. I am skilled in negotiations and very detail orientated.I advise and advocate during the home buying process, and I will take the time to uncover the buyers needs and wants. Educating the buyers on current market conditions is another way to help my buyers and/or sellers in making their decision.
Upon finding out what my buyers/sellers are looking for, I research homes and sort through active listings while keeping my clients folder in front of me so that I can cross-reference their needs with the properties that I am finding.
